Enjoy a delicious lunch and learn from Ray and Renata Williams from Health Check Juice Bar in Elizabethtown as they discuss the heart health benefits of beets and leading a plant-based lifestyle. Get steppin' Elizabethtown College faculty & staff! Sign up for the Fall Step Challenge at etown.edu/ewt! Receive one entry each week you hit the goal, to be entered to win a grand prize – the top two total “steppers” for the month will receive an extra entry. Two grand prize winners will get their choice of a walking pad, a Dick’s Sporting Goods gift card, a Nike gift card, or a Spa gift card. Weekly prizes of Hydration Packets, Protein Bars, Dried Fruit Packs, & Blue Bean Vouchers will be distributed at the end of the challenge for each week you complete the goal.

Throughout the month of March, the Employee Wellness Team is challenging Elizabethtown College employees to focus on the eight key areas of overall well-being: physical, social, occupational, intellectual, environmental, spiritual, financial, and emotional. Participants will receive a scratch-off card and personal digital tracker. Complete two activities in each of the eight areas for a change to win a $250 gift card to The Spa at Hotel Hershey! April 3rd is National Walking Day—Join us at 11 a.m. for the Wellness Book Walk! The walk will be a loop around campus featuring five stops where you can learn about new books and grab some swag. No registration is required. Meet at the Bowers Center before the event starts. Snacks will be offered at the last location.

Elizabethtown College employees are invited to join Etown Campus Recreation & Well-Being/Bowers Center and the Employee Wellness Team on Wednesday, March 6 for Spring Break and Repair, an opportunity to take advantage of the break in the semester to practice self-care.
