Big things are happening at Kaleidoscope Wellness in 2022! I have been working hard behind the scenes to bring our area it’s very FIRST holistic women’s health center.

Along with our continued birth and postpartum doula services, we will be offering parenting classes, baby wearing workshops (and hopefully a lending library coming soon!), baby weaning/introducing solids, becoming a woman classes, sexual education, and ALL your lactation and breastfeeding needs to include classes, workshops and 1 on 1 consultations and counseling.

We will also offer meditation, manifestation, pranayama breathwork, crystal healing, reiki, and weekly yoga!

Spring will launch our retail side and my homemade teas and tinctures will soon be available!

And SUMMER! I am most excited for summer! Please be on the lookout for upcoming information on our spiritual rest, relax and reset retreat in Red River Gorge. KW is partnering with Golden Hour Wellness Co. (www.goldenhourwellnessco.com) and we are beyond excited for this group of women to experience what we have in store...will you be joining us??
