She draws from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, client-centered and solution-focused practices, psychoeducation, and strengths-based supportive therapy to help individuals build insight, resilience, and lasting change. Michelle specializes in various areas of treatment and provides support in Anxiety, Depressive and Eating Disorders. Michelle is very passionate about holistic & functional wellness practices which may stand alone or as an adjunct to medication therapy.
