Our Story

Active Day of Elizabethtown offers a safe and comfortable environment for adults who require health care supervision and support services as a result of chronic conditions. Our center is also well suited for individuals with special needs who are transitioning from high school or retiring from a sheltered workshop. Our staff can work with school transition teams and other organizations to continue the individual’s developmental and educational curriculum. We participate in the Home and Community Based Waiver, Supports for Community Living Waiver, Michelle P. Waiver, VA Adult Day Healthcare, and Private Pay.
