PrimeCare Family Medicine is proud to support Dr. Zoeller in support of our community need for substance abuse recovery and dual diagnosis care. Dr. Zoeller will function as an addiction medicine specialist with Baptist Health Hardin as a part of their Behavioral Health program.

Dr. Zoeller will continue to treat family medicine patients on a reduced schedule at PrimeCare Family Medicine, along with nurse practitioners Lindsey Monin and Rachel Archibald.

Our family medical practice continues to be dedicated to serving the patients of Hardin and surrounding counties and remains unaffiliated with Baptist Health Hardin.
