🌟✨INSTRUCTOR HIGHLIGHT🌟✨

It’s been a minute, so we are taking this week to highlight the Barre Beauties that make up our fabulous C.O.R.E. Crew team!

Beth is a local girl raised on a farm, and has always had a thing for exercise. She was active in dance and sports growing up, and also remembers loving doing Richard Simmons’ Sweatin’ to the Oldies with her mom as a kid. All of that, plus a desire to help people and an interest in the medical field led her to become a physical therapist. She has been practicing for over 10 years now, and barre has helped her practice what she preaches to her patients. Above all else, she is a Jesus follower, a child of God and thankful for his grace that washes over her every day.

Hometown: Glendale, KY

Family: Wife of Tyler, and Mama of Lillian and Lucy

Game day cheer: UK through and through!

Barre vibes: Crowder, Switchfoot, Imagine Dragons

Most favorite barre move or body part to work: Combo moves because that’s how our bodies work in real life!

Surprising fact: She completed a full marathon before she had kids! ( and ended up having to walk/run halfway through…26.2 miles is no joke!)

Can’t go a day without: Coffee!

Favorite quote: “Just keep swimming.”—Dory

Dream job: If there were enough hours in a day to be a stay at home mom, physical therapist, barre instructor, writer and/or copy editor, that’d be pretty sweet!
