Our staff brought the holiday spirit as Santa’s helpers during Spirit Week, and we loved welcoming residents and families to our Christmas Open House — complete with a special visit from Santa himself! Thank you to everyone who helped make the day so magical!

Yesterday, Helmwood was blessed by members of the First Presbyterian’s Women’s group and Elizabethtown’s Criers musicians. They hosted their annual Christmas Tea for our residents and entertained us with live music and singing.

Today our residents were treated to a festive afternoon of bingo thanks to our wonderful friends at the American Legion! They truly went above and beyond to bring holiday cheer to Helmwood.

A huge thank you to the American Legion Post 113 for making our holiday season a little brighter and for showing so much love to our residents. We are grateful for your kindness and Christmas spirit!

At Helmwood Healthcare, we had the privilege of celebrating our incredible veteran residents this past Veterans Day. Our team and residents came together for a heartfelt parade throughout the facility, recognizing the brave men and women who once served our country with honor.

Seeing our hallways lined with smiles, flags, and applause was a beautiful reminder of the sacrifices they made and the stories they carry with them. We are grateful every day for their service—and even more grateful to have them as part of our Helmwood family.
