The holi-daze are over & 2026 is officially here. It's time to settle in and let yourself find the space for stillness as we start the new year.

We've got 2 amazing opportunities to experience group sound this month. Our first event is at TŌNE Sound•Massage•Energy Wednesday January 14th 6-7pm. Experience sound in the new zero-gravity chairs. You can drift into stillness as the sounds surrounds you.

Our next event is at Mind's Eye Metaphysical in Marietta, Sunday January 18th 6-7pm. We’ll gather beneath the Winter moon to set our intentions as we let the sound & silence carry us into that beautiful space of calm stillness.

OMG What an A-MAZING weekend!!! For those that know me, you know I have a challenging time with the holidays...

I was so very thankful to be a part of the New Year's Yoga retreat at Lorenzen Studios & to connect with this incredible commUNITY!! We moved our bodies, did some vision casting with vision boards, experienced a group sound session, made Japanese Art Journals & I got to finish with some "mini" private Sound/Reiki combos!! Like I said, A-MAZING!!

Special thanks to Charla Lorenzen for organizing this & letting me be a part of it all and to my beautiful soul sister Joyce Hostetler for the incredible pictures & support!! You both rock!!! 🎶🥰💜✨️
