Plantain-Do you have this w**d in your yard? Most of us on the east coast do… consider yourself lucky!

This plant has tons of medicinal properties! I just harvested some from my neighbor. I washed it, cut it into smaller pieces, packed it tightly into a mason jar, did a bit of muddling and covered it with apple cider vinegar. It in a cool dark place right now. In 3-6 weeks I will strain it and place it in a small wide mouth mason jar filled with cosmetic cotton rounds. I believe I will also add a few drops of tea tree essential oil for antiseptic purposes too.

This will take the sting out of bug bites(and snake bites, if your in an area where they are prevalent), take the itch out of poison ivy, give you relief from sunburn or just make a nice facial cleanser.

Go and harvest some!

Here is what my avocado tincture looks like after two weeks. I have been very good at using my laser plus this everyday and my wrists and elbows feel great!
The directions for using just the tincture is two to three times a day for results.
Try it!

Hello Friends.... it's been so long since I have posted on this page. Firstly, I apologize for that. However, there is a good reason. I returned to school to get my massage therapy license. How Exciting! I was a certified massage therapist in the late 1990's but did not actively pursue that profession. It was quite difficult to find massage therapists back then, they were certainly not in chiropractic offices, hospitals and spas like they are today! It makes my heart very happy to see how the profession as grown and how seriously it is now taken.
If you have need of a massage or have any questions I can answer, please reach out. I will be posting more often from now on.
