OK so I had my follow up at the spine clinic April 30 and things are worse than I had hoped they would be. I am to have this brace on whenever I am up For the next three months. I have a maximum of 10 pound weight restriction for the next three months. This means I cannot work for the next three months. I will be staying with my former wife in Crestwood for the time being. Your prayers are much appreciated. There will be no May class. I will do my best to have a guest speaker and have a June class. Thank you.

Our guest speaker will be Joel Polley BSRN and natural medicine missionary, will be presenting a program to prevent or reverse type II diabetes through lifestyle therapy. There will be some health food sampling at 6:30 followed by the class. Please join me and bring a friend or family member to this life changing event.

I initially had planned to have a class on the third, but my sister is in the ICU at University Hospital and they’re calling hospice in to take over her care of this evening. Quite frankly I don’t know which end is up at this moment. I’m seeing my clients and going up to Louisville to visit with her. I don’t want to make a commitment for the 10th because I just don’t know. Prayers are much appreciated. Thank you.

Well, I don’t have a great excuse to cancel “Juicing for beginners” tonight. On the other hand I have had difficulties, lost electrical power, had frozen water pipes, and ran into a chunk of ice that put a hole in the gas tank of my van. I also had to have Debbie in Indy by 10am Friday. So I am going to postpone until the first Monday in February, February 3ed, weather permitting. Thank you.
