We see a lot of people with chronic "tight neck and shoulders" and most fall into this category. When we have forward head posture our muscles tighten in order to "fight" this position. Our body wants to be upright in a healthy position but as we spend ours on computers or phones and as we age it becomes a conscious effort.

If you're looking for a gentle, caring chiropractor look no further! Dr. Stover is here for you, using primarily the impluse adjusting instrument he delivers very specific, gentle and safe chiropractic treatment. We are currently transitioning our practice to focus on health and wellness where everyone will be able to afford regular chiropractic care to enhance their overall health and well being! Most of our patients now realize regular care for maintenance and/or wellness is vastly superior to care for only pain and symptoms. We want you all to experience true chiropractic like our own families do; this style of practice will allow that :) Non-surgical spinal decompression is also available at SFC; we started using this in 2015 with great success in treating disc bulges in the neck and low back. We have one of the most advanced decompression tables available which is able to isolate the treatment to small area and get greater results than the older style traction tables.
