Courtney Caskey with A Path Of Care stopped by and treated everyone to delicious ice cream floats 🍦 while our own Katon Mackey, had the whole place bending low for a fun limbo challenge! 😂 And of course… who could resist the popcorn? 🍿

Today we celebrate the incredible mothers, grandmothers, great-grandmothers, and mother figures who have filled our lives with love, wisdom, strength, and compassion. Your stories, sacrifices, and endless care have shaped generations and continue to inspire everyone around you each and every day.

💯NURSES WEEK 2️⃣0️⃣2️⃣6️⃣

Some days, healthcare feels impossible. Nursing home care is a choice, but being an LTC nurse is truly a passion. These nurses carry a load that so many people never fully see or understand, and we are beyond grateful for our AMAZING crew of nurses! ❤️

This week, we were blessed to bless them in a small way as a THANK YOU for everything they do each and every day.

A huge thank you to Jessica - JB Body Wellness, and Alycia - A Natural Approach, The Basis of Health; for providing an amazing break with relaxing chair massages — because who doesn’t need a little time to recharge? 💆‍♀️

And thank you to Sanchez Embroidery for these amazing custom embroidered pullovers! They turned out perfect!

We love and appreciate each and every one of you more than words can say. THANK YOU for your compassion, dedication, and the love you pour into our residents every single day! 🩺❤️

🎉 Bingo Friday was a blast! 🎉

Lexie Tatum with Good Shepherd Hospice joined us today and brought the HEAT with some amazing prizes! 🔥🎁 Residents had a wonderful time laughing, playing, and ending the week with a BIG BINGO win! ❤️

✨ HUGE thank you to Autumn Gulliford with ACG Hospice for coming out today and doing such an AMAZING interactive in-service with our staff!! 🧠💙

Today’s dementia training was not only educational, but truly eye-opening. Autumn provided a hands-on demonstration that gave our staff a real glimpse into what it may feel like to live inside the mind of someone with dementia. From confusion and frustration to sensory overload and communication struggles, this experience helped our team better understand the daily challenges many residents face.

These kinds of experiences help create more compassionate, patient, and understanding caregivers — and that is exactly what our residents deserve. 💜

Thank you, Autumn, for your passion, knowledge, and incredible presentation today. You did an outstanding job, and we are so thankful for the impact you made on our team! 👏✨

🌸 What a day we had at Bell Avenue! 🌸

Today was all about getting ready for Mother’s Day and making memories along the way! 💐 Our residents enjoyed special Mother’s Day themed activity packets filled with word searches, coloring sheets, and fun!🎨🩷

But we didn’t stop there… after exercising our minds, we moved on to the physical part of the day and got everyone up and moving! 💪✨

And this is only Thursday… y’all better WATCH OUT Friday! 👀🎉 We’ve got even more fun headed your way!
