Yesterday was “Administrative Professionals Day” and I’d like to say (a day late) that we get compliments on our staff nearly every day. Almost every review we get says something about our wonderful staff. There is a “paraoptometric day” as well, where we acknowledge our amazing staff, but today I want to acknowledge two staff members that mostly work out of sight. Pattie and Lachelle run the “engine room” of the practice. They do all the things that keep the rest of us looking good. Disney talks about a business having people on stage and backstage. Today I want to thank our backstage professionals for all they do for patient care that mostly goes unseen. They are truly the best at what they do. 🙂
