✨First, I want to thank you all for your support of my small business and of me through this pregnancy✨

I realized the other day through opening my business, scheduling, seeing clients and all of the ups and down that come with building and growing that I have been pregnant through the entire process!

🫶For that I am very proud of my business and of myself. But, I could not be where I am today without the support, love and consistency of my family, friends and all of my clients.

🍼I am officially on maternity leave today May 1, 2026 at 35 weeks and 4 days pregnant!🍼

🗓️I am temporarily closed in scheduling sessions. I am unsure of when exactly I will be opening my books up to start scheduling again but, I will be sending texts out with info to clients old and new for first dibs.

The more you know!

Ways to move your lymph for FREE!!

Here are simple ways to help move and support lymphatic flow:
• Walking or light daily movement
• Stretching or yoga
• Deep breathing
• Dry brushing the skin
• Drinking plenty of water
• Sweating (sauna, exercise, or hot baths)
• Massage or lymphatic massage
• Twisting movements and gentle exercises
• Getting quality sleep
• Cold showers or contrast showers (hot then cold)
• Staying active and avoiding long periods of sitting

The lymphatic system doesn’t have a pump like the heart, so it relies on movement, hydration, and breathing to keep lymph fluid circulating and help the body remove waste and toxins!
