A very big thank you to everyone who joined us for our 2nd Annual Manufacturing Day event! Your participation, energy, and curiosity made the day a true success.
Manufacturing Day is more that just an open house, it's an opportunity to inspire the next generation, showcase manufacturing careers, and highlight the innovation that drives our industry forward.
By opening our doors, we hope to spark interest in the incredible teamwork, and creativity behind today's manufacturing, and to show that the future of this field is bright, sustainable, and full of opportunity.

Smiles, 😃 sunshine, 🌞, some moonlight 🌛 and BBQ, 🌭 it doesn't get much better than that‼️ We're so thankful for our incredible team and the chance to celebrate together. I wish I had more photos of EVERYONE who joined in, (hosting and serving keeps us busy) but know that every single one of you made the day special. Also a big shot out to our raffle winners, 16 prizes went home with some vey lucky teammates.

We wrapped up our final round of interns this week, and we're proud of everything they achieved during their time with us. Their contributions were truly appreciated, and we hope the experience was just as valuable for them. We wish each of them the very best in all that's ahead. A very big thank you as well to all of our Acme Industries team members who took the time to guide, mentor, and invest in all of the intern students. Their support makes this possible and makes a real difference in building our future.

Acme Industries just finished up our 1st round of high school interns from District 214. These students interned in our Engineering and Quality departments, bringing fresh perspectives and a strong work ethic. Their energy, curiosity, and contributions made a great impact. We're proud to have been part of their journey and we wish them all the best in what's ahead!

Yesterday, we were proud to attend and be a sponsor of TMA's 33rd Annual Precision Machining Competition! With over 300 impressive projects submitted by students from more than 20 area high schools, it was a true showcase of creativity, skill, and passion for machining. The future of manufacturing is clearly in capable hands.

Events like this not only highlight the talent of these young innovators but also the strong support from their high schools and industry partners like Acme Industries, who are helping pave real career paths.

It was inspiring to speak with students and see them engage directly with companies like Acme to explore real opportunities in manufacturing.

This is more than a competition; it's a glimpse into the future. The next generation isn't just interested in manufacturing; they're stepping into it, shaping it, and they're ready!

We had a blast connecting with high school juniors and seniors at recent Job Fairs focused on building the next generation of talent!

As a proud participant, we shared what it’s like to build a career in manufacturing — from hands-on opportunities to the essential employability skills that set students up for long-term success.

Our goal? To support and inspire young people to explore pathways in manufacturing, while helping them grow the confidence and skills they need to succeed in the workplace.
