We wrapped up our final round of interns this week, and we're proud of everything they achieved during their time with us. Their contributions were truly appreciated, and we hope the experience was just as valuable for them. We wish each of them the very best in all that's ahead. A very big thank you as well to all of our Acme Industries team members who took the time to guide, mentor, and invest in all of the intern students. Their support makes this possible and makes a real difference in building our future.

These students interned in our Engineering and Quality departments, bringing fresh perspectives and a strong work ethic. Their energy, curiosity, and contributions made a great impact. Yesterday, we were proud to attend and be a sponsor of TMA's 33rd Annual Precision Machining Competition! With over 300 impressive projects submitted by students from more than 20 area high schools, it was a true showcase of creativity, skill, and passion for machining. The future of manufacturing is clearly in capable hands.

Events like this not only highlight the talent of these young innovators but also the strong support from their high schools and industry partners like Acme Industries, who are helping pave real career paths.

It was inspiring to speak with students and see them engage directly with companies like Acme to explore real opportunities in manufacturing.

This is more than a competition; it's a glimpse into the future. The next generation isn't just interested in manufacturing; they're stepping into it, shaping it, and they're ready!

We had a blast connecting with high school juniors and seniors at recent Job Fairs focused on building the next generation of talent!

As a proud participant, we shared what it’s like to build a career in manufacturing — from hands-on opportunities to the essential employability skills that set students up for long-term success.

Our goal? To support and inspire young people to explore pathways in manufacturing, while helping them grow the confidence and skills they need to succeed in the workplace.

🎓 Today, Acme Industries had the opportunity to speak at Lake Park High School during a panel discussion focused on careers in the trades. We connected with juniors and seniors exploring options beyond traditional college paths—whether it's going straight into the workforce or starting an apprenticeship.
🛠️ Our team shared insights into CNC machining and the exciting opportunities it offers as a trade. After the panel, students had the chance to network with us one-on-one, ask questions, and learn more about what it’s really like to work in manufacturing as a CNC Machinist.
👏 Big thanks to Lake Park High School for having us! We’re always proud to support the next generation of talent and highlight CNC machining as a rewarding and specialized career option.
