Every time I tell a man that my workout is hot Pilates, I get the same exact reaction:
“What’s that? just stretching?”

So I decided to make a fun little experiment out of it.
In this video, I challenge three athletic men / “gym bros” to take one of our classes at Uplift Hot Yoga & Pilates. They tried our UStrength class aka Pilates w/ weights and a RodFather class at that in a 100degree infrared heated room.

Before class, I interviewed them about what they think Pilates is, what they do at the gym, and how confident they are… and then we see what REALLY happens once the heat and the tiny 2-10lb weights kick in.

This video is all in good fun, based on my real experience whenever I tell guys what my workout actually is. Pilates isn’t “just stretching” and today’s class proves it. 😭🔥
