I urge everyone to stay calm as stress increases cortisol which depresses your immune system. Be proactive in keeping your immune system strong with rest, lots of water, avoiding sugar and using whole food supplements, herbs and homeopathic remedies. Oh and btw, Chiropractic has a great track record when it comes to viruses.
