Stepping out of the shadows…

Tonight’s Super Full Moon in 14º of Aries is exact at 11:48 pm EDT. Known as the harvest moon, this bright, revelatory energy is turning up the heat and increasing our hypersensitivity.

It’s a good time to check in and ask what’s ready to be released, healed, harmonized, and actualized.

You are being guided by the stars and the moon to commit to what you love as a means to fulfill your personal destiny.

The shadow play of fear is really desire for greater wholeness; let what scares you become the star that guides you.

Astrologically, October will be emotionally and energetically intense.

It will require potent anti-inflammatory support and heartfelt alliances.

You will need to double down on your soulful nutrients and cut out the crap that feels inauthentic, toxic, harmful, violent, and wasteful.

I’ve chosen to come to Montreal during my favourite Libra/Scorpio shake-down season, when matters of the heart are heightened and the need for relational community support is essential.

Attune to the Camellia flower essence, which I lovingly crafted in Nara, Japan, near the ancient stone carving of Asahi Kannon Magaibutsu—the bodhisattva of compassion who brings light at dawn.

☀️ Asahi means “morning sun” — this Kannon is etched into the cliffside to bless each new day with mercy and peace. A guardian of the feminine heart, a reminder that stillness can radiate vast presence.

Iris japonica, also known as fringed iris, shaga or butterfly flower

Shaga (シャガ) evokes the image of a butterfly flower—delicate, evanescent, and fluttering with spirit

The Flower Essences from these pale lavender-white blooms with orange/yellow crests support grounding, heart-opening, and gentle clarity. They are ideal for transition times—inner settling, emotional easing, reconnecting to grace, and softening outer defenses. These woodland light-eaters display a gentle reassurance that can help ease anxiety and provide protective emotional boundaries.

💧I crafted a special land essence with Shaga and water from Nachi Falls, the tallest single-drop waterfall in Japan, which is sacred to Kumano Nachi Taisha, a Shinto and Shugendō pilgrimage site.

🇯🇵Is Japan on your bucket list?

I’m excited to announce my most anticipated retreat ever… JAPAN!

Join me and for a unique retreat that isn’t touristy, it’s about immersing yourself in Japan’s culture and learning how to live intentionally with nature and community.

Back in 2015, I traveled to some of the main cities like Tokyo, Osaka, and Kyoto with my family to discover our Japanese heritage. It was thrilling and life-changing. It planted a seed in me to one day return and go on pilgrimage into the spirit of the lands.

Upon finding out that some of my DNA is from the southern Okinawa prefecture, I thought what better way to begin this quest than start there and team up with my Japan-born-soul-sister and her family to help explore the essence behind Japan’s allure.

For some time we dreamed to co-create an experience that centred our roots with yoga and ritual as a way of life, similar to how the Japanese approach life with purpose and intention - IKIGAI.

The Blue Zone of Ishigaki is the perfect place to experience this union of eastern and western perspectives converging together.

As one of the farthest islands from major cities, Ishigaki has is own unique culture and lifestyle. It’s less distracted by fast-paced modernity and still carries the charm of tradition and kinship with nature and each other.
