Dr. Cesal recently completed the OnBaseU certification, a specialized program focused on baseball performance, injury prevention, and strength and conditioning. This training makes him one of only two providers in Michigan with this certification. Excited to bring this level of performance support to local baseball and softball players. Stay tuned for more information about Dr. Cesal being at Anchor Point Athletics.

2025 was a big year for us. We opened our practice, met so many great people, and started building something we’re really proud of.
