Hello and Welcome to my page! My name is Darlene Benham and I am Massage Therapist and Owner of Serenity Therapeutic Massage and Wellness, LLC.

As a Professional Massage Therapist, I blend my education, skills and experience to assist you with relaxation and stress relief, acute and chronic pain issues, and promote wellness that supports your quality of life and well-being. My 18 year background as a Massage Therapist has been in the Health and Wellness, Fitness and Salon/Spa industries. It is important for me to stay current with continuing education to learn new techniques and modalities and to stay up to date as the Massage Therapy continues to grow and evolve as a profession. I have been an educator for Massage Therapists and Aestheticians in a variety of services, giving me an opportunity to share the knowledge and experience I have gained over the years. I truly enjoy providing services to individuals looking for a relaxing, stress relieving session (a break from the hustle-bustle of the world that we all experience) as well as working with more specific concerns requiring a deep tissue approach and/or special techniques such as Trigger Point Therapy or techniques to help release tension in the rotator cuff muscles. My specialties include (but are not limited to) Migraine/Headache relief and management, Neck, Shoulder and Back, Hands and Forearm tension/strain/discomfort. My pressure can be very light to very firm, depending on your needs and preference, and is customizable for each person. I enjoy providing Relaxation and Deep Tissue services equally. I also use hot stones, if you are interested, which aids in relaxation and releasing muscle tension.
