💚 THE NECK : #1 undeniably my favorite
* This is two-fold * The first, is that I also have chronic neck and shoulder issues. Massage has really done wonders for me and I love being able to share that! Secondly, literally every nerve ending connection in your entire body starts at the neck. If the neck is tight, that affects the rest of the body!

💚 HOT STONES : 🔥🔥🔥 Can I just say WOW? Hot stones make it easier for me to access deeper layers of tissue while feeling AMAZING! IF you have yet to try them- DO IT!!

💚 CREATING A SAFE SPACE : I strive to create the most comfortable and healing space possible for my clients as well as myself. It's impossible to completely relax and let go if you don't feel safe.
