Participating in and collaborating with retreats have been some of the most potent catalyst of healing.

Every time I go on a retreat or witness those who are participating in it, there’s a magic that happens when you slow down and tap into who you really are. A release that you’ve been waiting and longing for.

There’s not another place like this that will hold you in a container for you to dig deep, allow yourself to breathe in a space that feels safe, to be able to let go and honor what you really need.

Thank you Yoga Love magazine for spotlighting our fist annual Mn Yoga fest!

"This is our very first year of MN YOGA FEST, the idea came about to help bring other Yogis together to gather as a community and share the love of Yoga. We are offering a variety of yoga classes and workshops that include teachers from Minnesota that bring all people together to practice and learn more about Yoga and its vast teachings. There will be a Sound Spa Mediation area to invite relaxation and rejuvenation, small business vendors and healthy food!"
