BLT System - Toxicity and Detoxification

I recently came across this video discussing the importance of detoxification, and I thought you might enjoy it. It’s only about 20 minutes long. Here's the link to the video:

This video talks specifically about the chemical toxins we are all exposed to. When I talk with and train other health providers on the BLT System I will often share the idea of either working to remove the negative influences on a person’s health that are harming or damaging their body . . . or bring in the positive factors to correct deficiencies and improve organ function.

The chemical toxins discussed in this video . . . although very important to address . . . are only one type of negative influence to identify and remove from the body.

There many other negative factors that we need to identify such as: inflammation, infection, excess sugar in the blood, acidic body pH, excess hormones of estrogen (estrogen dominance) and excess cortisol. Each of the items I just listed are either tested directly or indicated as a problem with the Comprehensive Lab Panel you can order through the BLT System. Other things like the Heavy Metal Toxicity and Food Allergy / Sensitivity would require some specialty testing, but that testing is pretty easy to do as well. While this is by no means a complete list of all the negative factors to consider . . . these are some of the more common one’s you will see as an issue preventing a person from being healthy.

I continue to be convinced that the Comprehensive Blood Lab Panel is one of the most important beginning or baseline investigations as I work with a new patient who has body chemistry issues. It’s pretty inexpensive (only $199) for the volume of information and the high value of that information and what we learn about a person’s body chemistry. I will still do some other specialty testing depending on a health situation . . . but the Comprehensive Lab Panel is my “go to” starting point for nearly everyone I work. By the way . . . the $199 panel available through the BLT System would cost a patient easily $1,000 - $3,000 if it were done by their standard medical provider or medical clinic . . . and that is for the exact same panel. How crazy is that? Nearly all my patients who have good insurance coverage will still pay the $199 fee . . . because after you factor in a medical office visit and copay on lab testing it will still be cheaper for then to just pay the $199 out-of-pocket fee.

If you have not yet done the $199 Comprehensive Lab Panel on yourself . . . I encourage to get it done ASAP. If you’re waiting for a better time or the perfect time . . . it’s never going to happen. BLT System - How to order lab testing in 10 seconds or less

In order for you to have a successful blood lab testing and nutritional therapy service in your clinic or office . . . you need to be able to do things in the quickest and most efficient way possible. Ordering blood lab testing on your patients or clients is no exception. You may think I am exaggerating when I say “order lab testing in 10 seconds or less” . . . but this is no exaggeration. The BLT System is designed to allow you to do exactly that.

Here’s the quick info on what you do:
1) Have a printed copy on-hand of this document called “BLT System – Lab Order Sheet”. Here is the link to download the document: https://bltsystem.com/wp-content/uploads/2015/05/BLT-System-Lab-Order-Sheet.docx
Note: you will want to edit the email address for #6 before printing to make sure the lab result are send to you and not your patient. This is a Word document, so you will need Microsoft Word or equivalent software to open this document.
2) When the conversation with your patient or client turns to doing the blood lab testing . . . simply grab the printed Lab Order Sheet.
3) Circle or highlight the lab items you want to see tested on your patient.
4) Hand it to your patient or client.
5) That’s it . . . you’re work for ordering the lab testing is done!

Here’s what will happen after that:
1) Your patient will follow the instructions on the Lab Order Sheet you have given them.
2) They will order and pay for their own lab testing, and they will get it a some of the lowest wholesale pricing found anywhere.
3) Your patient will receive their lab requisition (lab orders) and instructions for lab testing by email within 24 hours. This will be sent to them by email through our secure and HIPAA complaint document sharing service.
4) They go in to a LabCorp facility to provide their lab samples. There are many around the country . . . here is a link to search for the one closest to you: https://www.labcorp.com/wps/portal/findalab
5) The lab results will become available usually within 1 week, and they will be sent to you right away by email through our secure and HIPAA complaint document sharing service.

So the bottom line is that is saves you time . . . it saves your staff time . . . and everything is taken care of for you behind the scenes without you having to worry about it.

As my 2 young daughters would say “Easy Peasy”. You can even put a link on your own clinic or office website that will take them directly to the lab ordering system, so they will always associate their lab testing and the money they are saving with you and your services.

I’ve enjoyed getting some great feedback from different holistic health providers around the country on how much they like the BLT System . . . and how it makes ordering and interpreting lab results much easier for them . . . but I would have to say my favorite feedback so far came this last weekend from a patient of mine. I just went over his lab results and recommendations with him on Friday . . . and here are his exact words he sent to me by email on Saturday:

The lab report you gave me Friday is the best I have ever seen. The person who wrote that did a fantastic job of writing at a level a layman can understand. But I’m sure glad you are able to interpret it and figure out what is required, because when taken in total the detail is overwhelming.

Keep in mind that I never tell my own patients that I am the one who created the BLT System . . . that‘s not what’s important to me. What is important is that my patients get a very good understanding of their own lab results, and how their abnormal lab results and my recommendations relates to their symptoms.

I agree with Dave D. that looking at all the lab results can be overwhelming . . . even for many health providers . . . so the BLT System has been created to make the entire process easier and faster for you.
