As we wrap up Mental Health Month, we wanted to share some incredible insights straight from our own students! đź§ đź’š
During a recent seminar, Ms. Olivia asked our CCS online students two important questions: How do you take care of your mental health when you're having a tough time, and what advice would you give to a fellow teenager?
The responses we received were inspiring. From getting outside and listening to music, to powerful reminders like "You are not alone" and "It's ok to feel your feelings," our students showed such deep empathy and resilience. Building a true sense of belonging and psychological safety within our school community starts with open, honest conversations exactly like these.
