Cut your strawberries 🍓 into hearts ❤️ and raspberries into hugs 🤗 & kisses 😘! Then add them to a smoothie bowl or create a charcuterie board!

Smoothie Bowl Recipe :
(This was a throw it all in, no measure type breakfast. You can make this as a smoothie and or as a smoothie bowl. Just add more ice to make it thicker.)

- Ice
- Mixed Berry Fruit
- Dash of Vanilla Extract
- Maple Syrup, Agave Nectar or honey
- Yogurt
- Milk or Almond Milk
- Dash of Cinnamon
- Chia Seeds

One of the ✨main✨ reasons I dedicated many years to becoming a Chiropractor was to have the ability to treat my family. Being able to care for my family brings much joy into my life.
