It’s almost the end of kids are starting school, we’re starting to see cooler days within our midsts and you can literally start to smell autumn in the air. How are you beginning to prepare your for this change, do you logically implement foods, herbs and outside time to prepare for this shift in the season and in our immunity? We may live in a world but our systems are still very much primal and need for us to implement these basic forms of healthcare back into experience.
So how does your family begin to prepare?

Kids Market is getting closer, so here is a small preview of what the Littles have been working on. My home smells divine with Hand poured Organic Lavender and Chamomile candles sitting on my counters💜🌼 The Littles have decided that they are my business partners, which makes my heart burst with joy! So the money raised through the sales of candles, their yoga keychains and other future goodies they create will go towards the purchase of class quantity and accessories so that we can help provide brave spaces here in the gardens and on the go for our young to practice yoga and other holistic minded techniques that will help to give our children tools to use through this ever changing world.
