We’re grateful to be part of the St. Joseph County community and to provide access to the right resources, because we know recovery is just as important as performance, and it can make all the difference for athletes and active individuals.

Ian said it best: "I think sometimes people only think that's involved in sports, but I think it's for everyday life. So even if you're an athlete the college level or professional level, if you're professional level, if you're not, you still need to be healthy to do the things you love."

OSMC, M2 Fitness, and Mishawaka Fieldhouse are celebrating the Grand Opening of the Performance Recovery Lounge on March 18 with a ribbon cutting alongside the South Bend Regional Chamber.

Special guest Ian Book, former Notre Dame quarterback and NFL veteran, will join us for a live Q&A on recovery, performance, and longevity in athletics.

Guests attending the grand opening will experience:
-Live recovery demonstrations inside the Performance Recovery Lounge
-A live Q&A session with Ian Book
-Meet-and-greet opportunities
-Community networking and giveaways
