May is mental health awareness month.
Over the past 41 years of service, we've noticed an ever growing need for healing to not just be for the body, but also for the mind. Today we have 10 different classes teaching on emotional regulation and the neuroscience of mental well being. Three of these classes are taught by licensed mental health therapists who also meet one-on-one with people to add further support.
