There is reason a RB shouldn't also have strong upper body Sam Titov sophomore at Northridge High School at 158lbs benching 240 for 1 today! Making it look easy His goal is 185lbs by start of next season with a 21+ mph max speed!!

Jeannie last of my oldest crew been with me since 2016 she is 78yrs old still comes at 6am 3 times a week for class to help keep herself youngish! Jeannie crushing the core abs this morning! Posting this since I tell the young athletes who struggle about her so they can see who they should admire!

My Northridge volleyball girls getting up their on their approach jumps Addison Mohammed and Kendall Hall during PT to work on their vert and power to his. Kendall got 38 inches and Addison got 42 inches!

just little changes on less steps,stride,even just more energy to beat your previous time can make difference with new Vald system testing and fixing issues will be quicker to see in real time!

Dawson is my 10 yr old in class strength and speed baseball player hitting 14mph at 15 yard they say max speed usually hit by 30 yd. Working through winter to get him up to speed faster for spring ball!

Jack my 12 yr old was feeling froggy so he decided to finish with 185lb trapbar on his 3rd week of training here for football and possibly track for NR 7th grade in spring. His goal is 225lb straight bar deadlift by end of year with a possible 135lb bench by 3nd of year since he is at 100lbs for 3 now! At 5ft 11 inches and 170lb he has a good start for LB for NR in future!

Lucas just turned 14 RB/CB/LB 8th grader at 5 ft 7 155lbs working his way up with trapbar and straight bar for once he hits Penn High School lifting program crushing 275lbs easily for 1!

Dropped the monthly Sally(Flower by Moby) workout in at 5am a seconds of each. Simple routine 3min 34sec song 39 reps of 35 reps of 5 sec holds and 4 reps of 10 sec always a challenge!

Bryan a football player for the 7th grade winning Northridge team realized he needed to put more size strength and speed on exclamation so he asked his parents and the parents brought them to me and he is already gaining self confidence on what he is able to accomplish even in first week! While I can't gain height but we can design a better body and mind! Working on weight gain first 15lbs gained 1 1/2 lbs already in first week!

Mackenzie trying out straight bar deadlift since we do trapbar in classes getting 190 for 1 after her warmup trapbar is 220 for 3 reps. She looked into school record and supposedly 315 for a freshman girl so her goal is to beat that. She plays Lacrosse and always wanting to get stronger and faster so finding challenges outside of here is great!

Oh it's funny when the school trainer talks down to a kid who is doing stuff outside when she tells him she did 220 on trap he tells her she probably could only do 130.

Not everyones program and strength is same it's about right fit for each person.

With our monthly testing she added 5inches on long jump 1/2 on vert and increased standing start by 1/4 mph for 10yards. Goal is not just about strength it's about useful sports strength!

Mackenzie she has been here a little while she loves and plays Lacrosse as sophomore she has been here 2 years she has slowly pushed her weights in the gym but has been work on her speed. She accomplished 16mph she isn't a track girl so we worry about top speed, but also maintainable fast speed being faster than other girls consistently through the game!

My JIMTOWN BASEBALL PLAYER Collin Davis working on his top speed getting 19.27 at 30 yr next timing will be 30 to 40 added speed. Getting up to Max speed fast and maintain as long as can will make that 40 and 60yd times whether it's football or baseball combines!
