Another Friday night special putting work Roman Jessup working on Linebacker speed getting 16.1 mph from standing start for flying 10 yr using 5 yd leadin then 10 yds. Getting ready for new season his top speed right now at 30 yd is 19.89mph he working on gaining weight while still picking up speed for the new Northridge program for his Junior year!

My high school golfer Callie Miller who started after basketball since her twin sister was coming here for Volleyball already for classes. Power and speed drills have been used in Pros for while now. Callie hitting 14.74 mph flying 10yd 5 yard lead in to 10 yards and her max speed for 30 yard is 16.78. The days of just hitting balls and being best has slowly left with older guys.

Today Maddie my Cross country runner and track and field Mile,800 and 4 by 400meter 8th grader gets her first Meet of her season against a lot of good athletes including Penn area kids! She was the Big 11 Girls cross-country winner for 7th and 8th grade! She has never rested on wins she always looked ahead as we keep talking about goals to beat this year and in high school! Strength training and form running training has helped her against previous injuries!

Excited to hear results of Today and rest of season!

Brother comparison on the left little brother Bayne in 6th grade 12 yrs old(Picture was today) and on right when big Brother Bryson joined in 8th grade.Bayne started last summer and has worked hard gaining muscle and working on big man speed for football !
