✅ Add grab bars in bathrooms and handrails on stairs
✅ Keep walkways well-lit, especially at night
✅ Stay active to maintain strength and balance

🌺 Life’s a Beach and We Rode the Wave! 🌊

Our luau party was a tropical blast! From tiki tunes and island eats to sandy vibes and endless smiles, we soaked up every minute of the fun. 🌴🍍🌞
