Brickyard Elkhart had a wonderful morning enjoying breakfast with the Elkhart General Hospital case management team. We truly appreciate everything you do for our community.

We also shared the benefits of our specialized services, including our dedicated Memory Care program and our in-house hemodialysis that helps residents rehab better and return home faster.

Everyone received fuzzy socks and a hot chocolate kit to enjoy at home this season.
