Attention Patients!

Railroad crossing at Division Street will be closed soon. We will post dates as soon as we know.

You will not be able to access our office from Richmond St, south of our practice.

Please use Prairie Street to access Waterfall Drive from the North, turn right into parking lot.

You can also take State St off of Prairie to Monroe Street, which will take you to the back entrance to our practice.
