It was a great weekend here in the mountains. Getting things made up that have been fermenting for a few weeks. Ive got Cranberry tinctures ready to go. This is great for cleaning your kidneys, if you are prone to UTIs, or kidney infections. It's great for supporting urinary tract health. Rich in antioxidants, vitamins C, E, & K. It may also aide in heart health, cholesterol levels, promote gut health, and provide anti-inflammatory benefits.
(not to be used if you are on blood thinning medications). Ive got Yarrow oil, mullein oil, roseoil, and sacred oil (sage, cedar and sweet grass) ready to make salves and balms. Saturday was spent connecting to nature and checking out the plants that are starting to pop out.

There's so many things that pull us off our center. The chaos that's happening now in the world, the chaos of our daily lives, unhealed trauma...so many things. Reiki isn't just for adults. Our children's lives are much different today than it was for us. The technology is a stressor, a faster pace lifestyle than what we had, traumas, social media, school, the video games, television. All of these things affect them. Reiki can help them with anxiety, stress, removing stuck emotions and traumas. I provide a safe space to help move these stuck energies from their bodies. Parents are encouraged to be present for the session. Pm me if you would like to talk about a session for your child.

This week was all about being productive and getting things started. My best friend Leiana Hardy had started some wood sorrel infusing a couple months ago, so I processed it for her, what a beautiful color it turned out to be. I started some Yarrow infusion, did a little foraging, found some turkey tail and old man's beard. Yesterday I got to stop in and see the beautiful Tonya Jones at Moonlight Pathways in Pikeville (you really need to stop in there because she's got some amazing things!) Some really great things are happening....

Added something new to the toolkit.
EVERYTHING is energy. There's good and bad energy out there, we all go through our daily lives interacting with people, going into crowded stores with lots of other people's energy floating around, we encounter situations in our lives, good and bad, we hold conversations, good and bad, we all scroll through social media, all of this carries energy.
Thoughts, feelings, emotions, television, social media, situations, conversations, people...that energy transfers to our field. When you don't have time for a good spiritual cleansing, all of that energy can get stuck in our bodies and it can cause havoc. Ive been thinking about this for a couple of weeks, and put together an Uncrossing salt bath. There are certain oils and herbs that we can use to cleanse our field. I put them all together into a salt scrub. It's simple, you just hop in the shower, and use the scrub all over your body, let the oils, salt and herbs do their job. Afterwards, you feel so much better and you smell amazing!
