Her favorite part of the job? Staying active and interacting with residents... she’s never stuck behind a desk all day! Teckla cherishes those moments when the team comes together, especially during the busy, bustling days. 🙌

Over the years, she’s learned the power of patience, taking a step back, and seeing things from a new perspective. Fun fact: Teckla is a proud caretaker of a large flock of chickens and turkeys! 🐓🦃

🌟 Employee Spotlight of the Week 🌟

Meet Kim Stuart, our energetic Life Enrichment Coordinator at CountryHouse Elkhorn! Kim has been with us for 2 years, and her favorite part of the job is that it doesn’t feel like work- she gets to have fun with residents and truly be herself. ❤️

Residents love Kim’s bus rides and outings, especially trips to Symphony Pointe for entertainment and connecting with other communities. One of Kim’s most cherished memories is bringing joy to a bed-bound resident by showing her an Elvis impersonator performance... creating a beautiful, meaningful moment before her passing. Fun fact: Kim used to own a karaoke business! Through her work, she’s learned the importance of truly meeting residents’ needs and accommodating them with care.

Thank you, Kim, for the laughter, creativity, and heart you bring to every day at CountryHouse Elkhorn!

🌟 Employee Spotlight of the Week 🌟

This week we’re excited to highlight Daniela Caizaguano, our amazing Culinary Services Manager at CountryHouse Elkhorn! Daniela has been with Agemark for 3 years and joined the CountryHouse Elkhorn team this past July. One of her favorite parts of the job is interacting with residents and watching the cooks on her team grow.

Her love for cooking began early... one of her favorite memories is cooking with her grandma when she was just 5 years old. Today, she loves preparing beef roast with mashed potatoes and roasted asparagus, a dish that’s become a resident favorite! Fun fact: Daniela speaks three languages. During her time here, she says one of the most important things she’s learned is patience.

Thank you, Daniela, for the passion, care, and heart you bring to our residents and team each day! ❤️
