We started our day with a delightful lunch at the charming café in the visitor center. After that, we stepped into history with our knowledgeable guide, Roy, and explored the magnificent church and Father Flanagan's house. The Hall of History stands as a testament to countless lives transformed, while the scenic drive through the grounds reveals the beauty of this community’s sanctuary. 🙏

At Symphony Pointe, staying active doesn’t have to mean high-intensity workouts or complicated routines. It can be as simple (and joyful!) as stretching with resistance bands, getting silly with a colorful parachute, doing water aerobics, or flowing through gentle chair exercises with friends.
