Pain doesn't always mean stop. But it can be a warning signal. Think of it as a yellow light to slow down and pay attention.
Reasons you might be experiencing pain:
-Overtraining--do you have active rest/recovery days built in or are you going hard 7 days/week?
-Poor recovery---what's your sleep, hydration, nutrition look like? Are you getting 7-9 hours of sleep? Drinking half your body weight in water? Eating your body weight in protein?
-Are you sacrificing form for heavier weight or moving fast? Do you not have good form to start with?
-Are you over compensating somewhere due to weakness or lack of mobility?
