The world keeps creating bigger and brighter experiences, yet something in me grows quieter at the same pace. I can feel the tension between what is offered and what the spirit can actually metabolize...
There is a wisdom in letting one practice have time to work on you.
Not rushing to the next thing.
Not stacking sensation on top of sensation.
Simply allowing the body to learn the language of a single discipline until it becomes familiar.
The old teachers understood this.
They taught slowly.
They taught through repetition.
They passed on practices that could shape a lifetime.
This is my way of offering as well…a practice that builds your foundation and provides sustainable expansion through repetition.
