I remember receiving my very first Reiki session. I didn’t know what to expect, but the feeling it gave me during and after is what made me fall in love with this work and go on to becomee a Reiki master myself. I left that first session feeling so light, happy, peaceful, and calm. My anxiety subsided, worries weren’t so heavy, my mind was calm, and my vibration was high!
