In addition to all modalities of rehab therapy including speech, occupational and physical therapy, we offer aqua therapy in our warm water pool which promotes healing, increases mobility, reduces pain and it's fun. Other services we offer: Skilled nursing, long term care, respite and hospice care. We are Medicare and Medicaid certified and accept private pay and most insurances. We're a nonprofit Wisconsin Illinois Senior Housing Inc community.

Congratulations to our very own CNA, Edgar, who was awarded the $5,000 Chuck Nason scholarship! Edgar started his career in healthcare 2 years ago as a resident assistant here at Holton Manor and took our CNA course. He is currently in nursing school and will soon finish his program. Edgar is passionate about building a career in long term care and has been a great role model to new CNAs in our community! When asked why he became a CNA he said “the best nurses were CNAs first” which shows how determined he is to provide top quality care to all of those he works with. We are so proud of his accomplishments and grateful that he chose Holton Manor as his place to be! We cannot wait to see all that he will do! Congratulations Edgar!
