In massage- insurance covers “units” of massage in 15 minute increments and needs a defined outcome from each unit.

This post is overdue.
You all keep me so busy and I’m so grateful!
Thai is off the table (haha) and on the mat! Thai will be the same price as my usual services, I do recommend at least 90 minutes of Thai to give it a chance. If you’d like to make your appointment hybrid, it will only be a 5 dollar add on.
But let’s talk about what Thai is; it is deeply relaxing, almost like a partner yoga but I do all of the heavy lifting, and stretching for you. It is great for almost all people, but especially awesome for those of us who know we need to stretch, but maybe don’t or not as much as we should 👀 yea me too, don’t worry.
The session will be a mix of sustained compressions, joint movements, and stretching.
Yea yea yea, I got your spiel, now what do other people think of it?
“I don’t really know if I can move right now, I know it’s possible, but it just feels like I’m a noodle.”
“If I don’t make any sense for a while I apologize, this is great,”
“I don’t think I’ve ever been more relaxed, maybe before kids but I’m not even sure.”
