The Medical Doctor assumes he knows what is wrong with his diagnosis. Consequently, he knows the exact amount of substance to inhibit a stimulated condition or how much substance to stimulate an inhibited condition.

A chiropractor presumes no such understanding. He adjusts at the level of interference. That is all he can do. The innate power within knows exactly what it needs to do to produce the needed quantity and quality of life.

When you flip a switch, you don't tell the electricity where, when, and how much to go... but when it arrives it gives light.
