When performed correctly, deadlifts actually strengthen the spine and supporting muscles, improve hip function, and teach your body how to move heavy loads safely.

A deep dive list of quick fixes that healed my torn hamstring ⬇️⬇️⬇️

Well there you have all the modalities, injections, therapies I used with my complete, 100% tear of my hamstring.

Yes this is a serious compiled list of all the cutting edge things I used to heal my hamstring. I'm not leaving any stone unturned...

Before you say okay smart ass... Here's what I did: I took a step back and evaluated my pain every day but not just the scale of 0-10.... 

I figured out how it was affecting my life, what positions, frequency, intensity. Then every day I measured those small differences to build up continuous small wins: hinges no longer hurt, I added 5lbs to my squat, I could squat 3 more inches lower... Etc. 

These are the little wins you MUST look for in rehab. It isn't a quick fix... It takes time! And when you're trying to stay active at the same time understand that plays a role in your healing also: I didn't stop going to the gym, I didn't stop moving, I didn't lean on quick fixes in hopes that in six weeks it's magically be 100% knowing that my road will take months and even years to feel the same.

🎥 “You don’t need rehab after surgery.” Wait… what?! 🤨

This patient came to BodyKinetix after a low-back fusion. Their surgeon told them they didn’t need to do any rehab — that they’d “just be fine.”

But here’s the reality 👇
