🎉 April is Occupational Therapy month! We are thankful for our amazing OT’s, Kelly and Cheryl, who help our patients regain their independence and return to doing things they love. 🌟

Our OT’s are vital in helping our residents with important daily activities including home safety awareness, kitchen tasks, using assistive devices, dressing, bathing, upper extremity injuries, and cognitive functioning.

Thank you to our OT’s for making a difference in the lives of our residents! 💙

Get to know Aksarben: meet the Siegmund Physical Therapy team! This group was started by Rob & Susan Siegmund, with a passion for improving quality of life and mobility. They offer physical therapy and occupational therapy housed in both Aksarben Village & Elk Ridge’s fitness centers and are a great resource for our residents with any pain or balance concerns. They treat things like arthritis, post-operative rehabilitation, and orthopedic injuries. Rob & his team greet all new residents to discuss the overall benefits of physical and cognitive health, and are a wonderful part of our team! Thank you Siegmund Physical Therapy for all you do for our community!
