As many of you know, our brother-in-law, Duggan, suffered a major heart attack in late July and has been battling his way to recovery ever since.

Duggan and Amanda have been an integral part of the community for years. Amanda pouring her heart into coaching at The Fit and Duggan never hesitating to show his continuous support.

We’re releasing a special T-shirt, and 100% of the proceeds will go directly to the Allen family to support them during this time.

Happy Birthday to the man who is truly the heartbeat of this gym!

He pours his whole heart into everything he does and you can feel it from a mile away. He goes out of his way to better your day, your fitness,and your mood (even if it’s after burpees).

His passion is unmatched, his love for coaching is obvious, and this place wouldn’t be the same without him. We’re so grateful to have a coach who leads with heart, hustle, and just enough tough love to keep us moving.

Here’s to celebrating someone who makes a difference far beyond the workouts! We’re so lucky to have him. 🖤
