December is full of treats, parties and delicious traditions. But how do you enjoy the season and stay aligned with your wellness goals? Here are some ideas:

- Let yourself enjoy a dessert, but try pairing it with a protein-rich side so the sugar load isn’t overwhelming.
- At a party, fill half your plate with veggies or salad before hitting the heavier foods.
- Stay hydrated, so you’re not mistaking thirst for hunger.
- Don’t skip movement just because your schedule is off. Go for a quick walk before or after the gathering.
- Schedule rest days. Your body needs downtime more than you think when you’re indulging socially.
