🌞 Morning
Brush for 2 minutes with a pea-sized dot of fluoride toothpaste.
Aim at the gumline and “tickle” every tooth: front, back, and chewing surfaces.
Finish with a big “check my sparkle” smile in the mirror.
🌙 Bedtime
Last snack and drink (besides water) before brushing.
Brush and then floss “the teeth that touch” to keep sugar bugs away overnight.
