Some times you win and sometimes you just get beat 😂 What a blast it was last night at Casting Pounds. We had a night of food and games to celebrate these women and their journey to getting healthy and building new friendships.
Lisa Pack made us an amazing, healthy meal, from scratch, and wow was it good! I was so excited to eat I forgot to take pictures 🤣, then the games began. We all laugh so much that the time just flew by, it’s a competitive group. Come out and see what you are missing!💗

Casting Pounds girls what did we just discuss? Parents/grandparents beyond general health issues (obesity/diabetes/inflamation), this is also part of the root cause to a lot of the hyperactivity, headaches, and focus issues in children. Make better choices for their sake💗
