Join a hybrid day of sitting, walking, chanting, and mindful relational practice—rooted in ancient wisdom and held in community. Together we will explore the Four Noble Truths as a living path for meeting our inner experience and the world’s challenges with clarity, compassion, and equanimity.

This day is an invitation to turn toward what is here—without bypassing, without collapsing, and with an open heart. All are welcome, whether new or experienced in contemplative practice.
