I also hold a Health Ministers Certificate from Hallelujah Acres, which believes that we can live healthy lives free from sickness and disease by simply changing our diet. My passion is to help you achieve Optimal Health and Weight Loss with a primary focus on Nutrition, Natural Supplementation and Exercise. Each person is unique, so my approach is an individualized one and your program will be designed specifically for you. I believe good health and fitness is a journey not a destination, therefore it is never too late to begin the journey. My commitment as your Coach is to Educate, Motivate and Encourage you in your quest to achieve your goal.
