🤠🎃 A huge THANK YOU to everyone who came out for our annual Trunk or Treat! This year’s Western theme was a rootin’-tootin’ success—with cowboys, cowgirls, and plenty of “Wanted: Dead or Alive” posters to go around!
We’re especially grateful to our Therapy Department and their amazing patients for joining in the fun and bringing so much spirit to the event. Your creativity and energy helped make this a truly unforgettable evening.
From decorated trunks to smiling faces, it was a night full of community, connection, and candy.

🎉 October is Physical Therapy Month! 🎉

At Ultimate Therapy, we’re proud to celebrate the incredible work of our physical therapy team — the compassionate professionals who help our residents reclaim strength, mobility, and independence every single day.

Whether it’s guiding someone through post-surgical recovery, helping a resident take their first steps after a fall, or tailoring exercises to improve balance and prevent injury, our PT team is the driving force behind so many success stories. Their patience, expertise, and encouragement empower our residents to reach goals they never thought possible.

Community in Action! 📍

We’re proud to share that our Director of Rehab teamed up with Autumn Lake Healthcare’s Human Resources and Dietary Managers to lend a helping hand during the Tygart Valley United Way Annual Day of Action. Together, they rolled up their sleeves and painted two offices at the Randolph County Senior Centers bringing fresh color and care to a space that serves so many.

This day of volunteerism is a powerful reminder of what we can accomplish when we come together. We’re grateful for the opportunity to serve our community and support the mission of United Way!
