Today our therapy team partnered with our amazing Activities Department for a fun and engaging group session for our residents!

We were also lucky to have a special visit from Miss Tig, who brought delicious homemade food, fun prizes, and most importantly, lots of love for our very special patients and residents. 💛

Moments like these remind us how important connection, laughter, and community are in the healing process. Thank you, Miss Tig & company for making the day so meaningful and bringing so many smiles to our residents!

🍂✨ Community Kindness in Action! ✨🍂

Elkins Middle School eighth graders are spreading joy this season in the most heartwarming way. Students spent time coloring beautiful fall-themed pictures and writing uplifting letters filled with encouragement and positivity. These creations are being shared with our patients to brighten their day and remind them they’re loved and appreciated during the holidays. 💌🎨

It’s wonderful to see young people leading with compassion and creativity—proof that even small acts can make a big difference in someone’s life! 💫🌟

🌟 Celebrating short-term success! 🌟

From being mechanical lift dependent to climbing stairs, getting in and out of a truck, and walking throughout the facility — Mr. Goldizen’s progress has been incredible. With the support of our wonderful physical and occupational therapy team, he has worked hard every step of the way.

This weekend, he heads home with his family- just in time for the holidays! We’ll miss him here, but we wish him all the luck and happiness in this next chapter! 💙👏

🤠🎃 A huge THANK YOU to everyone who came out for our annual Trunk or Treat! This year’s Western theme was a rootin’-tootin’ success—with cowboys, cowgirls, and plenty of “Wanted: Dead or Alive” posters to go around!
We’re especially grateful to our Therapy Department and their amazing patients for joining in the fun and bringing so much spirit to the event. Your creativity and energy helped make this a truly unforgettable evening.
From decorated trunks to smiling faces, it was a night full of community, connection, and candy.
